I hope i've done this the right way. I read this book a while back. Apparently it was a bit of a cult book back in the 60's/70's. To me when I read it, it was like the dice bacame a kind of religion, security for Rhinehart(the user). Like an addiction. - it's a really interesting, but extremely disturbing. I wouldn't suggest trying to live like it.
