A slight tangent, but this extract reminds me of the initial clip from 'Kill Bill'. Uma Therman is lying in a bed in hospital. We watch as she regains conscience and trys to make her way out of bed, but because she has been in a coma for so long her body has forgotton how to function, we then watch as she starts to tell herself verbally how to use parts of her body - it's quite strange.
